WHAT WE DID
As part of a 5 year brand repositioning strategy, we redesigned the Banner Homes logo and brand identity, then created a series of pioneering Annual Corporate Brochures in print, digital brochure and interactive iPad app formats, a first for the Home Building Industry.
In excess of 133,000 people have downloaded and viewed Banner Homes online digital brochures, recording over 220,000 interactions.
The comparative cost of printing and mailing 133,000 brochures would have been circa £260,000. The total cost of the digital versions was around 10% of this – saving £237,000.
We revitalised the brand by redesigning the Banner logo and identity, repositioning Banner Homes as the premium house builder they truly are.
We then created a whole suite of marketing collateral in print, digital brochure and interactive iPad app formats, a first for the Home Building Industry. Not forgetting their revolutionary, interactive, rotating house!
Banner Homes met their strategic objective 2 years ahead of schedule, merging with Cala Homes in 2014.
